Patient Information Access
Each patient is assigned a three-digit pass code. This pass code is used when family members want to check in on the patient's progress. It is up to the patient or the patient's next of kin to share the code with family.
Designate one member of the family as the point person or contact for the doctor and nurse.
This will allow the nurse to spend more time with the patient and less time on the phone with different family members.
