 Pharmacy
The Labette Health Pharmacy Department
provides daily medications for all in-patients. These
include oral
and IV medications. The team also provides hyperalimentation
or food via the intravenous route. The department works
closely with physicians and nurses and other healthcare
professionals in providing effective medication therapy
while working diligently to prevent drug interactions
and side effects. It is also a key resource for drug
information. The staff is also available after hours
on an on-call basis.
