LOGAN
When it comes to stealing the hearts of his audience, Elvis doesn't have anything on 8 year old Logan. Everyone in Rehabilitation Therapy – as well as most of the rest of the hospital – knows who Logan is. Because the friendly people make him feel welcome, Logan is completely at home in the Labette Health setting where he has been going most of his life for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy rehabilitation sessions. Labette Health's full array of services, state-of-the-art facilities and caring staff are a crucial aspect of the rehabilitation treatment process for patients of all ages with a variety of medical problems. The staff's fortè includes training and education. Logan describes himself as a student and an entertainer. His favorite activities include arts & crafts, singing – and especially, performing. He even gets to work on some of his performance moves at Labette Health. When people take time to listen, Logan loves to tell them, "Elvis is my hero." He also loves to perform just like Elvis, and both he and his family love the treatment he receives. The warmhearted Labette Heatlh staff always has time for Logan and that makes him excited to go there. "I get to make things with Denise and they are nice." |
