DEAN Sometimes Bernadean Dean likes being outside to garden and sometimes she likes being inside to watch TV. She also likes to travel. But when it comes to getting treatment for her lung cancer, traveling is the last thing Bernadean wants to do. That's why she chose to get her specialized treatments at The Cancer Center at Labette Health. "I can receive my treatments close to home instead of driving to Joplin or Wichita." In addition to being close to home, Bernadean also feels at home at Labette Health. She definitely likes the midwest home town atmosphere. "It's clean and well kept. The nurses are very nice and friendly. I feel like I get the one on one care from them that I probably wouldn't get elsewhere." |
