Prior
to service
Please check your insurance coverage to be sure
you and your physician have met the required pre-treatment
authorizations. (i.e. second opinions or pre-certification
of services.) If these conditions are not met, your insurance
company could deny benefits and you will be responsible
for payment.
Your hospital bill
Labette Health bills your insurance company if you provide
us with the proper information. If insurance payment
is delayed, or there is a balance due after insurance
payment, a statement will be mailed to you. Read the
message carefully as action may be required on your part.
If you have any questions or concerns about hospital
charges or billing please feel free to call the business
office during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:00
p.m. Monday thru Friday and we will be glad to answer
any questions you may have about your bill. Payment
